The moment Joy Branch pulled into our driveway I knew we would work together. Exovations helped us bring our house into 2025 with a stunning facelift and incredible design decisions. After years of saving money to be able to create the exterior of our dreams, Joy took our plans and our wants and turned them into a plan that exceeded all of our hopes and wishes. We love exovations and every single person that works for the company. Joy is a dream to work with and is knowledgeable about so much including how to pitch and win over your Architectural committee and have them literally drooling with the plan. We were blessed to work daily with James Sickler who is the best of the best in our opinion. Between our dream team of Joy and James our daily text threads were filled with information, questions, answers, and even the smallest of hint of an issue was dealt with within minutes. The constant communication kept this type A+ homeowner oh so happy. What did we do? What didn't we do is the better question. We sealed our brick home with Romibio, replaced our windows and all exterior doors, rebuilt our screened patio, replaced our shutters, siding, updated our gutters. We even added a fabulous chimney cap and covered our pitch with copper. They did not miss a detail and gave us so many lovely and fabulous ideas. Joy is now a friend for life, and our dog misses James and each team that came to work. I reached out to EXOVATIONS along with a couple of other companies for comparison shopping. Based on the reviews, the interactions with Sales, I decided to move forward with EXOVATIONS for replacing and painting the siding on the back of my home. I was super excited to get this project complete, as I had been waiting for almost two years to start it since moving to my home. Everything went well for the most part but there was a mishap during the project that I was not expecting. However, my sales manager, Andy Burton, and the EXOVATIONS team was able to manage the situation with adequate corrective action. They kept true to their word on making things right and completing the project as expected. I am so grateful for Andy's understanding and willingness to make things right. This speaks volumes of the integrity, customer value, and commitment to quality work practiced by the company. We are thrilled with the work Exovations did. They replaced our aluminum siding with board & batten, added shutters, added a garage eyebrow, remodeled our portico, modernized our front steps, and addressed our outdoor lighting. The end result looked exactly like the rendering Joy showed us and promised to deliver! Dave was on-site everyday to check the quality of the work and was very transparent about the schedule. Both Joy and Dave stayed in contact to make sure everything was going as planned. The crews/sub contractors took good care of the property and cared about the quality of their work. The painters did such good work - very detailed. We will hire them again for our next project.

We had a fantastic experience with Exovations of Atlanta on our new deck project. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded our expectations. Our project manager, Chris Campbell, did an excellent job coordinating everything and keeping us informed throughout the project. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire experience stress-free. The craftsmanship was top-notch. Justin, the carpenter, did outstanding work building the deck—his attention to detail and quality really show in the final result. Efraim, the painter, finished everything beautifully and took great care to make sure the deck looked perfect. The team was reliable, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. We are extremely happy with our new deck and would highly recommend Exovations of Atlanta to anyone considering a remodeling or outdoor project.

I wanted to write a review in the middle of the project. Josh Bailey did my quote and was easy to work with. Michael Vanden is my project manager. Our initial meeting was great and he gave me very important information, including, if they came across anything unexpected, we would have to do a change order, and it would have to be paid for in the middle of the project. Of course, my house was uncooperative and a change order was necessary. Michael's communication is exceptional with great explanations and setting forth of expectations. He has worked hard with me and all of the workers to keep the project on time and done well. Please allow me to give some middle of the project advice to future customers: have reasonable expectations - the team at Exovations cannot control the weather and time schedules may have to be adjusted because of it; be kind - I haven't encountered a single person on this job who doesn't care about what they are doing and want to do it to a high standard; the cheapest job likely won't be the best job - you may be able to find companies cheaper than Exovations, but I have been impressed and very satisfied with the attention to detail; have reserves - make sure you have reserve funds for change orders, these are not going to be nit-picky items - for example, when they removed my railings, the posts they were attached to were rotten, there was no denying it, the posts had to be replaced, there was no choice, the choice I had was what material to use to replace the posts - and none of this was the fault of Michael, Josh, or Exovations - it was just the nature of removing something and finding a problem; be flexible - if you cannot roll with the punches, this is going to be very difficult for you, because there will be punches. If you do not have reserves, if you are not prepared to allow the experts to be the experts, if you are not able to get out of their way, you may not be ready to undertake a renovation project. However, I am glad I have, I am glad I did, and I am happy with the progress. I will update when the project is completed, but I expect to continue to have high praise.

Wow! Let me start by saying Exovations was incredible, finished early AND under budget! We did a full residing of our home with new insulation. They were very competitive on price, but definitely superior to other companies on their communication, customer service, attention to detail, materials, level of excellence and transparency. We are extremely happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. We have been burned by contractors in the past. Exovations is the way it should be done! From the first visit and estimate to the final walk through, they communicated every step of the way, every issue, every choice, every price and Oscar, our lead, was on-site regularly taking all the time necessary to explain any issues they encountered. They were very honest, very transparent and very trustworthy. Also, when we found termite damage in an area, they worked with us so we could talk to our termite company about the repairs. The results are soundly built, beautiful and have the Exovations warranty. I would not hesitate to use them again. Worth every penny!

The entire Exovations did an extraordinary job! Our home renovation was extensive - including a new Trex deck, new windows and sliders, new roof and gutters, coordination with the pool rehab company for resurfacing the pool/deck, painting, front entrance with new front door, steps and walk -- the list was exhaustive. You can only imagine the amount of upfront planning that took place -- and Joy, our sales manager, had every detail documented and planned out prior to starting. David, our project manager, had everything scheduled -- day by day -- for the 2-1/2 month project and everything went as planned -- meeting every milestone. The job was completed on-time, within budget, and with superb craftsmanship! I would not trust any other company to do a job like this. The "Above and Beyond" was exceptional! AND, they're such nice folks to work with -- every carpenter, painter, stone mason, window installer, roofer and manager! Thank you Exovations for making our "forever home" a showplace and oasis, and one we'll enjoy for the rest of our lives.
